Rare elbaite crystal with four distinct color zones and clean terminations on both ends. While probably more than 99% of Stak Nala elbaites are black and green only, this piece also shows red and blue color.

Nicely balanced assembly of a chalcopyrite cluster next to a compact quartz crystal of similar size. The quartz exhibits the sprouting growth pattern typical for the locale. Some yellowish dolomite crystals are scattered over the specimen. There is slight edge wear at the tip of the quartz crystal.

Lustrous brookite blade of brownish colour on a floater group of doubly terminated rock crystals. The brookite measures 20 x 5 mm, and exhibits a clean termination. Further small brookite crystals and fragments thereof are scattered over the specimen. The main brookite has some minor wear on the right-hand edge, one of the rock crystals has a damaged tip.

Rose colored elbaite crystal with a light green zone below the termination, translucent and lustrous, with a group of lepidolite crystals and albite. The elbaite has a length of 33 mm. No significant damage.

Translucent, rose fluorite cubes with parqueted surface structures on sphalerites. The main crystal measures 3.5 cm on edge. No significant damage.

Stibnite - sold

Diverging spray of highly lustrous stibnite crystals. All main crystals exhibit pristine terminations. There is a virtually invisible repair on the bottom right side.

Two bicolour elbaites on a thin, jet-black smoky quartz crystal fragment. The elbaites measure 17 mm, and exhibit clean terminations and yellow/green to pink colour transitions. The rear crystal has a small crack near the bottom. The smoky quartz fragment shows good luster and striations on the front side.

Morion on Feldspar - sold

Size: 12 x 8.5 x 8.5 cm

Totally black morion crystals with good luster and distinct striations on feldspar matrix. The crystals measure up to 4 cm in length. There are numerous natural indents or etching pits scattered over the crystals, furthermore some old contacts are present.

Prase Quartz with Hematite - sold

Group prase quartz crystals on matrix including some iron roses up to 9 mm diameter. There are some old ruptures among the small quartz crystals.

Aquamarine with Albite and Muscovite - sold

Aquamarine crystal of 5.5 cm length with muscovite blades on white albite. The aquamarine exhibits some internal cracks but is otherwise free of damage except for the broken bottom.

Doubly terminated amethyst crystals forming positive and negative scepters on matrix. Interesting color fades from purple to orange-brownish tones. The largest crystal measures 4.5 cm. No significant damage.

Sprouting sheaf of hubnerite crystals associated with rock crystals. The hubnerites are well terminated and radiate deep red colour when backlit. There are some minor contacts among the small quartz crystals.

Quartz (Japan-law twin) with Pyrite and Sphalerite - sold

Size: 14.5 x 11 x 7.5 cm

A massy piece of limestone matrix totally covered by needle quartz crystals, pyrite cubes and sphalerite. A Japan-law twin with leg length of 3 cm is prominently grown on the quartz needles. The size of the pyrites reaches 1 cm per edge. Some contacts among the quartz needles.
